Where is My Order?

When we have delivered your order, we will notify you:
1. by SMS or email if your delivery destination is in Singapore;

2. by email with shipping tracking number for delivery other than Singapore.
If you did not receive our SMS or email within 2 business days after placing the order, please contact us.

Order Processing
We make every attempt to delivery your orders within 24 hours of payment receipt. Orders placed on late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on following Monday.

Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if the payment is received by 12pm (UTC+8 hours) Monday through Friday.

All shipments are registered, so there must be someone to sign to receive the package.

Order Cancellations
Orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for only following reasons:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Payment not received in 3 working days after placing an order
  • Difficult to process with information your provided like incorrect payment information or shipping address
  • Repeated orders are placed

Please contact us before 12pm (UTC+8 hours) to cancel your order on the day you placed the order.

If you have placed an order after 12pm (UTC+8 hours), you would need to contact us by 12pm following business day.

Repeated Orders
Please check your order after you have logged in, under My Accounts > My Orders to make sure there are no repeated orders.
